In my quest for a quieter print, I decided to try racquetball feet on my ender 5 plus. I liked the mounting design of the one model and the full ball cavity of another so I frankensteined them together in FreeCAD. I needed a taller foot so that I'd have more room/air for the fans I'm adding under the control box so I thought I'd try this. The squishy feet are definitely making it quieter but it does wobble quite a bit. Not certain of the effect on print quality yet.
I printed on the ender 5 plus with 4 walls, 40% gyroid infill with .2 layer height. I got enough curling in the overhangs that several prints failed early (and some late). So I added a version with some supports that break off. It's not amazing, but it's working.
