This model is a Hueforge 3D Printing Painting. You need a 3d printer that supports multi-color to 3d print it.

The 3D printer filament of our recommendation is PLA.

Print at 100% infill with a layer height of 0.08mm with a base layer of 0.16mm

Filaments Used:
PLA Sunlu PLA Black Transmission Distance: 0.6
PLA Sunlu PLA Blue Transmission Distance: 3.5
PLA Sunlu PLA Sky Blue Transmission Distance: 4
PLA Sunlu PLA White Transmission Distance: 6

Swap Instructions:
Start with Black
At layer #7 (0.64mm) swap to Blue
At layer #8 (0.72mm) swap to Sky Blue
At layer #10 (0.88mm) swap to White for the rest.

Your last slider is set lower than the model height. Consider trying Clipped Depth or Dynamic Depth instead of Static. It is currently being treated as if it goes all the way to the top.
