5.25" mesh airflow drive bay cover for PC tower - choose your own mesh pattern

I modified an old ATX case to have some front-facing intake airflow by adding a 120mm fan and some custom mesh 5.25" drive bay covers.

This is v2 which has extra filets for strength.

Rather than design with a specific mesh pattern, choose your own! Just select your favorite infill pattern in PrusaSlicer to customize. You may need to adjust the infill angle and percentage to get the look you want. The more infill %, the less airflow but the more dust you will capture. Recommend setting the fan away from the mesh by at least 10mm to minimize noise.

Print settings:

• PETG
• perimeters: 4
• layer height: 0.25mm
• top layers: 0
• bottom layers: 0
• infill: honeycomb, triangle, or grid
• infill: 20-40%
• infill angle: 30° or 15°
