Replacement grip for the “OLFA Graphic/Professional/Design Art Knife with Cushion Grip”.
When the rubber grip of a knife becomes loose due to aging, it can easily detach, reducing the grip strength and making the knife dangerous to use.
Therefore, I have designed and decided to use this replacement grip.
Additionally, I have enhanced safety by adding a knurling pattern that the original grip lacks.
This grip model is designed for the product number “157B” sold in Japan.
It appears to be the same product as the “AK-4” sold in other countries, but I'm not certain.
Printing with flexible materials like TPU is strongly recommended.
Using rigid materials such as PLA for precise sizing can be quite challenging.
If the size of the printed grip doesn't fit your knife, try scaling up or down the model data in a slicer. (e.g. 101%, 99.5%, etc.)
