In my setup, I am using the <Prusa I3 Mk3S+ Mosquito Hotend Upgrade> for the extruder mount.
Link: https://www.printables.com/model/49947-prusa-i3-mk3s-mosquito-hotend-upgrade
*** this mount works great, however i found out that the Slice Engineering's Silicone Sock doesn't leave room for the fan shroud thus as a result the fan duct on the left side start to melt.
So i made this to fix the issue
*Update 19/12/2023 : I switched from PETG to ASA because i put the printer inside an enclosure and wanted to be sure it will not melt due to high temperatures. However if your printer is not inside an enclosure the Fan Shroud will be just fine with PETG
Tools you will need:
1X M3 T-Nut
1X stock m3 screw that comes with the printers cooling fan
1X M3hex nut
1X M3X12mm screw
Print Settings:(PETG)
Infill: 25% rect
Perimeter: 3
resolution: 0.15mm layer height
fan settings
Print Settings:(ASA)
Infill: 25-30% rect
Perimeter: 3
resolution: 0.15mm layer height
Stock fan settings
The author remixed this model.
I change the distance of the original exhaust. Now the two outlets are shorter and doesn't touch the left side of the Mosquito Hotend like the original did.
