Vans RV12 Service Bulletin SB-00067 Fixture

Use this simple fixture to hold your stabilator while drilling by hand or using a drill press. 20% infill. Clamping the part is not needed, simply clamp the fixture and hold the part while drilling. Holds the part on both sides and provides enough clearances for the bolts/nuts on the weight to drill close to 90 degrees to the tube.

There is a margin of error on each side when using with a drill press, for example the drill may be at 91 degrees on one side while the other side will be 89 degrees but this does not affect the rivets and is going to be as good or better than hand drilling.

Prototype was printed out of PLA at 20% infill.
