Hakko 533 Pinecil accessory holder. Meant to magnetically attach to my other accessory which adds a second cleaning pot. This will work for TS100 tips since they are the same, you just won't be able to use the iron holder hole. Honestly though you can use the magnets to hold it to whatever you want, like your fridge I guess.
I don't think anything matters much. I just used PLA, probably best to scale to 100.5% if you use ABS/ASA. No supports, very low infill is fine as long as your printer can bridge the top surface. I printed with a 0.6mm nozzle at 0.4mm layers, 5% infill Aligned Rectilinear, and a fun top fill (Hilbert Curve and others). Don't forget to add a Pause M601 for magnets (see image).
V3 is the initial version. Will rev the design when my heatset insert tool comes from Deutschland. Will probably also make an integrated version that attaches Sidecar to Topcar as one piece. Let me know what you think of the clearances, I'm thinking of increasing them 0.5mm so they are not so tight.
I didn't do much at all to make this stylish, maybe I will make a new version to make it a little less boxy.
Generally I'll upload STL, 3MF, F360 files. You may need these if you want to use different magnets, I simply designed this for the excess magnets I had around.
I also have a design for the Hakko 633 to hold the Pinecil better. And a Hakko 533 base extension to hold a second cleaning pot - so you can have both the abrasive ball and a sponge.
