BEEFY DIN RAIL MOUNTS

These are Completely Overbuilt! They Require 1 purchased part - Link Below

 

I made these mounts to solve the below issues from the Voron 2.4 r1. BOM STL files

Will work on any 35mm Din Rail Mounted Setup

These are similar to mounting standards used on industrial CNC machines

  1. They are stronger and more rigid.
  2. They space the Pi and BTT Octopus further away from the Din Rail for more airflow on both sides of the board.
  3. If frequently moving the machine, poking around your boards with upgrades, or running high vibration and high speed jobs these will not fatigue, vibrate, or move around as much as the Voron BOM mounts do.
  4. These are more capable of being removed and re-installed without fatiguing the ABS spring to failure.
  5. These are completely unnecessary overkill and that's fun.

These have been running perfectly on my Voron 2.4R1 with low temps on all boards for a long time.

 

Print Settings: no supports except on the 24V PSU mount. That model benefits from supports from the build plate for 4 screw holes.

I did 4 walls, 40% infill (Voron Print Spec)

These mounts require the following Industrial Din Rail Adapter. Winford Engineering 35mm x 68mm (DINM13-RC) These are Glass Filled Nylon
