Designed for 6x M5 screws. It's a little tricky to get on but is very stable once you do. You could leave out some of the screws. I definitely over designed it. Many ways to position it. The angle gives you many options. You could mirror it to make sure you're loading it from the side that makes it easy.

Start by threading the T nuts on the first screws for the side that will be harder to put in (the side or bottom, depending on where you mount it.) then set the T nuts in the rail where the other 3 will go, and somehow set the first set of 3 screw into the slot and tighten them, but not all the way. then, while you can slide the holder on the rail, get the rest of the screws threaded into their T nuts. Position the holder and lock it down.

I couldn't quite find a spool holder I wanted, so I modeled one.
