Print the main adaptor body with the largest face down. Print the small wiring cover with the side the that the wire exits down.

Post-Printing

Clean holes up my running appropriate sized drills through them. I printed without supports, so needed to do a bit of clean up on the overhanging rails that the battery slides onto / engages with.

Spade terminals are epoxied into the channels in the main body so they don't get pushed back into the adaptor when you slide it onto the battery.

Wiring cover is secured with two M3 x 6 self tapping cap head screws.

The cable is wired so that the plug that is inserted into the iron is centre positive. Plug is 5.5 x 2.5mm.
