Mean Well LRS-350 PSU Case Ender 3 Side Mount

I liked the hinge opening mechanism of the Mean Well LRS-350 PSU case that I have here, but needed a way to mount it.

These brackets will allow you to attach your Mean Well LRS-350 PSU to the side of your Ender printer. While making my Switchwire, I found that it was hard to find a good case and mount for the power supply that I had being that I was making a stock Ender 3 to Switchwire conversion. So I made this!

I have it attached to the original model I used so it's easy to find for those who are looking for it. Not sure if it works on the original model the remix is from, but I know it will work with the Bear case. Hopefully this helps some of you out!

Supplies:

  • 2x M4x12mm (Go through the braces and screw into the PSU's back bolts through the same holes that you'd screw through to attach the case.
  • 4x M4x10mm (Attaches the brackets to the 4040 extrusion)
  • 4x M4 T-Nuts (Placed on the ends of the above nuts and used to secure the brackets to the 4040 extrusion)
  • 1 M3 Heat Set Insert (Placed in end hole of the PSU Support 2)
  • 1 M3x8mm (Used to screw in threw the PSU case hole that will line up with PSU Support 2's heat set insert hole)
