Organising cables used to be hard for me - either I tied loops with zip ties, and then whenever I wanted to change something I need to start again - cut ties, reloop too long cables. Never again! Cables that are too long can be shortened using by coiling them and then mounting to underside of your desk.

There are stl files, but to speed up printing and be sure of correct orientation use 3mf. I included two versions - regular and the one with hex grid bottom.
I tried printed in PLA and PET and both worked great, though PLA snap fit is stiffer and little harder to remove.
Be sure to lay mount on the correct side! Holes are optimised for printing in one orientation (look at the top!):
Assembly should be fairly intuitive - wrap your cable over body and cover it with a spool until you hear a click. But if unclear here is a video:
