This is a resin mixer that can withstand higher loads and speeds. I use it in my cordless screwdriver. Unfortunately, this wasn't possible with the original version. I reinforced the connecting piece and added a small hole precisely in the middle of the base, so that no imbalance can occur when I mount the mixer there.

Furthermore, I strengthened the main part and slightly customized the mixing rotor to my liking.

I print the mixer using PETG to withstand higher temperatures and with 100% infill to maximize stability.

The mixer is printed upright on the drill attachment, without supports, at a 0.2 resolution on my Anycubic Mega Pro, at a speed of 100 mm/s, taking about an hour.

Dies ist ein Harzmixer, der höheren Belastungen und Geschwindigkeiten standhalten kann. Ich benutze ihn in meinem Akku - Schraubendreher. Leider war das mit der Originalversion nicht möglich. Ich habe das Verbindungsteil verstärkt und in der Bodenplatte genau in der Mitte ein kleines Loch hinzugefügt, damit keine Unwucht entstehen kann, wenn ich den Mixer dort befestige.

Darüber hinaus habe ich den Hauptteil verstärkt und den Mischrotor nach meinen Vorlieben angepasst.

Ich drucke den Mischer mit PETG, um höheren Temperaturen standzuhalten, und mit 100% Füllung, um die Stabilität zu maximieren.

Der Mischer wird aufrecht stehend auf der Bodenplatte gedruckt, ohne Stützstrukturen, mit einer Auflösung von 0,2 auf meinem Anycubic Mega Pro, mit einer Geschwindigkeit von 100 mm/s, was etwa eine Stunde dauert.
