Gridfinity Work Holding System

A modular work holding system designed for use with a Powercore vat.  The origin and side columns can be repositioned as needed to accommodate varying stock sizes.  The two-part clamping column provides a small amount of workpiece retention for low-force processes such as EDM.  Riser columns allows the workpiece raised closer to the top of the vat.

A parametric Fusion 360 file is provided to allow various dimensions to be adjusted, including the supported material thickness.

This is designed to work with an enlarged version of the Powercore vat which includes additional margin area around the Gridfinity area.  Some modifications may be required for use with the stock vat design.

It is recommended to print these modules out of ABS and use acetone smoothing to seal any leaks.
