Large EDM Vat

A modified version of the Powercore vat that reduces the size of the mounting tabs to allow for a larger volume.  This is designed to be printed as large as possible then adapted to the host printer with additional mounting clamps.

The optional “Grill” and “Crosshair” colored inserts can be added using a dual extruder or by printing them separately and gluing them into place.

The Fusion 360 file was modified to automatically place the corner holes without specifying their spacing.  Additional parameters were added to control a margin area around the Gridfinity area to allow for the maximum possible volume.

It is recommended to print this out of ABS and use acetone smoothing to seal any leaks.
