Minecraft Book for Field Notes and pen storage

This model was designed to be a replica of the Minecraft Enchanted Book. It is made to hold the standard field notes as well as pens and markers. I've chosen not to create a universal design, but have provided 3 different options in the “Pens & Markers” folder below.

To assemble, follow the GIF below.  Some pieces are friction-fit, while others may need to be glued in place (probably only the spine needs to be glued).  Please do not glue the hinges, they will not function if you do.

The hinge I designed for this project works well with the beefy size of the object. My goal was to make it so the hinge was concealed. I'd say it was a success!
