(Road) Bike Stand

I already own a EVOC Bike bag and upgraded the mount with the Bike Stand. Because N+1 is the optimum number of bike to own, I decided of designing my own Low Cost Bike stand.

I use it to store the bikes or even transport them in car.

The “upper” and “lower” parts need to be glued together, my printer (P1P) couldnt handle the size. I used 2 component glue - works like a charm.

You will additionally need to buy water pipes from your local hardwarestore. I used 20mm plastic piping and it works like a charm. I designed it with adapters from the stand so I could easily use different piping diameters (these parts are very easy to design).

To get a nice and tight fit I put 1-2 layers of electrical tape around the piping and adapters.
