Parts used: EZ Drill Chuck by LoboCNC (modified base), EZ Drill Chuck - Addon for Smaller Bits by VoyMakesMinis, and my handle that fits nicely in hand (modeled after the screwdriver that came with the Prusa printers). The handle looks like something else, and I won't say. Use a soldering iron to melt in the threaded inserts and remove any over-melt so halves fit tight together. After the handle halves were screwed together, I glued in the fitting for the bearings to be press fit into. Assemble the bearings in order in the last picture. Press fit bearings. It's not perfect, but it works.
Hardware used: 2 m3 threaded inserts and 2 m3x10 screws for handle, 3 m2x12mm hex screws for chuck, 2 10x4mm bearings, 4 m3x7 washers, 1 m3x14 hex screw, and 1 m3 locknut.
