I recommend printing the Handle and lightbar in PETG or ABS since the handle should be a strong part and the LED tends to get pretty warm (PLA is not recommended because tends to deform shape in heat)
Use 3 perimeters
More than 50% of infill
To install you will need the already existing screws on your Lerdge handle and 2 M3 10 screws
You will also need to get a 24V LED light connected with [JST ph 2 pin] cable and connect it in a slot Named LED in the Lerdge board very easy.
you can buy the LED on Lerdge website or you can make your own if you have solder skills.
If you have a direct extruder you can feed the filaments from the top there's a ball guide for flexible movement of Xaxis
Also in the lightbar, there are holes for screwing the filament sensor on it which you can use the Lerdge filament sensor or any other generic filament sensor.
Now you have a lightbar and a new Handle Z-lift that will allow you to print 195cm instead of 180, just don't forget to change the setting in your slicer, and in your printer so you can print a little taller
Enjoy printing in the light!
