You need to screw the mount to the marked points using 3 * 10 mm self-tapping screws (or equivalent). Then, you need to screw Buck Converter LM2596 on self-tapping screws 2.5 * 10 mm (or equivalent). I recommend using nylon ties to secure the power wires. They must be installed before screwing the bracket.
