EVA 3 EBB36 Mount for LGX Lite Extruder
Description
PDFThis is a mount with strain relief to use the Bigtreetech EBB36 toolhead PCB with an LGX Lite extruder on an EVA 3.x carriage platform.
This is a remix of the mount for the Orbiter 2.0 extruder by Iatraliptes.
I recommend using a USB cable with an angled connector.

Printing
Print the part in the original orientation. The STL is pre-rotated for printing. Use a support enforcer under the 3-hole attachment point.
- Material: ABS, ASA, or PETG if not enclosed.
- Perimeters: 4
- Extrusion width: 0.4mm
- Layer height: 0.2mm
- Infill: 40%

Assembly
Insert the heat-set inserts into the back of the mount.
Install the spacers with using the M3x8mm screws.
Remove the existing wire holder and install the mount in its place using the same M3 screws.
Remove the existing screws that hole the LGX Lite together and replace them with the longer M3x30mm screws and thread them into the spacers.
Install the PCB using the remaining M3x8mm screws.
