XMax v3 Pro carry case with screen and USB openings

I don't carry my vape around, but I still wanted a case to keep it safe when on my desk. The screen and buttons can be used normally and the device can be plugged in and loading. It's a good idea to use PETG or other heat resistant materials, though PLA seems to do alright as long as it's not being used for too long at a time. 

I found that with some filaments the print comes out just a little bit too big, but not drastically.

Added an alternative version with a flat bottom for easier printing.

Requires cap: either from the original model or the additional cap I've made for use without a mouthpiece.
