curtain rod holder

Set of rod holder. Anchored to the wall by 2 screws, while one is hidden. Designed for 22mm diameter wooden rods. 

Left, right and middle holders contains divider that prevents rods from shifting aside. Middle divider enables to continue with the next rod on one holder.

Axial holder can be combined with other holders.

Printing:

Recommend to use UV stabile material, add perimeter for better strength. I used ASA. Nozzle 0.4 mm, layer 0.2.

Other Material:

• (wooden) rod 22mm - length as needed, available in hobby markets.
• wood screws 3* ~15mm (bottom-hidden), 3.5mm * ~20mm (top - visible). One each per holder. Adjust for walls made of different material.

Installation:

Place the drilling template (keep at least 1 cm above the tempate). Mark drilling. Pre-drilling for wooden wall is not necessary. Screw bottom (hidden) screw and tight lightly to the template (template is still in place of future holder). Then push the template up and remove. Set the holder by bottom hole to the screw and push down (the same system as for template). Then secure the holder by top screw.
