I've modified my Sculpfun S9 several times now.

Most recently I've changed a lot:

  1. Added liniar X-axis
  2. Added Z-axis lift (manual)
  3. Moved limit switches from back right to front left
  4. Added a holder for the aluminium calibrating cilinder

Also I've added a S10 laser head before that and a MKS DLC32 controller with 3.5" touch screen.

I'm not finished yet with all modifications. Things to do:

  1. Make the 3.5" screen easily detachable with connector
  2. Add a new holder for air assist tube on the X-axis on the right side
  3. Probably new cable chains
  4. If so, make the wiring of laser and X-end stop so that they can easily be made longer when I change the Y-axis frame rods (then cables and air assist tube needs to be longer)
  5. Make all connections from motors, laser and end stops easily detachable when changing frame sizes
