I used the free SolidWorks demo time to remix this and adjusted the diameters of the central part that holds the spring and the two ears that stick out into the slots on the valve body and slot into the index point of the valve holder, but forgot to save the .SLDPRT file before the demo session ended, so I only have the output part. Thankfully it worked first try. I recommend printing with “snug” supports as shown in the screen shot. I sliced for a 0.25mm nozzle, because that's what I had installed, and I think it's the only reason the ears worked out as well as they did. Printed in PETG and it worked in a pinch while we waited for the local music store to get the right ones in. My son claims it introduced a buzzing to that valve, but no one could hear it.
