Cat food can lid cover

I got tired of buying new plastic lids from the grocery store for them to just fall apart. I have made these for friends and family and they love it.

This lid was designed for my cat's food can in the refrigerator but can be used for other cans. Below are some scaling recommendations for other common cans.

3 oz can with 66 mm brim - 100% 

5.5 oz can with 88 mm brim - 133%

12 oz soda can with 54.1 mm brim - 82%

4 oz tuna can with 77.8 mm brim - 118%

When appropriately sized, the lid should give a satisfying pop when applied or removed. 

In the final layers there is a very slight lip on the lid. Make sure to clear off any loose strings before use. No supports required. I recommend about 5 vertical shells for improved strength.
