Umikot V2rc1 Thrust Bearing Remix

I improved the Umikot mechanics with Thrust Bearings for a smooth, maintenance free usage.  It does not seize up and is buttery smooth.  This is applying the same principles as my previous remix here https://www.printables.com/model/516864-umikot-58-wdt-grip-spin-ring-with-thrust-bearings to the new V2rc1 version of the Umikot.   Follow the same instructions there for this version of the Umikot
