In our motorhome there is a plastic guide that goes under the sliding door to the bathroom. This guide has broken twice, essentially at the same point. Even though they only cost about $4 I decided to model and print one to see if I could make something more robust.
I printed it end on so that the layers were vertical when the guide was installed to maximise the strength, meaning the pressure was across the layers.
Printed in PLA+ with 25% infill, if I have further problems I'll look at increasing infill and maybe a more robust filament. Bonus is just 29c of filament.
