Ender 3 S1 Hotend 3010 Stock Fan Mount and Duct

Posted by request. A model of the stock fan mount/duct for the Sprite on the Ender 3 S1.

For 3D printing:

• Download the “edited” file, which has the 45° protrusion at the top removed (it is just space filler). It won't be as pretty, but will be much easier to print as you can place the large flat back directly on the bed.
• The fan mounting holes in this model are 1.7mm in diameter. The threads for the stock screws are 1.92mm in diameter, so with a little effort and/or heat assist you should be able to thread the fan screws straight into the printed part. Make the holes larger if you plan to use heat set inserts. You can use XY Hole Compensation in Cura or SuperSlicer, or add two Negative cylinders in PrusaSlicer.
