This mounts a Waveshare 4.3 inch DSI LCD with a Raspberry Pi3B+ inside an Ender 5S1 in the original screen mount location. It's quite likely to also work with a Pi4, but I haven't checked.
Once Klipper is installed on this printer, the old touchscreen is disabled. This puts all your information back on display as neatly as ever. No external brackets or cabling except for the data USB to the side socket.

How to fit this inside the printer
The only support material will be around the USB power inlet, where the frame has to allow room for chunky USB plugs.
You will need four M3x12 countersunk screws to mount this holder to your Ender 5S1 in the original screen position. You will also need M2.5 screws to mount the screen to the bracket and the Pi to the screen, but these usually come with the screen.
Waveshare have 3D CAD models of this screen (SKU: 16239, Part Number: 4.3inch DSI LCD). I printed a mock-up of the screen before it arrived, to make sure it would fit inside the printer's screen aperture with a Pi attached. There's very little clearance.
The screen is very slightly too large, so even when fitted as close to the screen mounts as possible it's all slightly too far left. This only makes some of the smaller icons in klipperscreen harder to press, but not impossible.
