PDFRemix of the hook from Clemi to use with M3 direct-screw-in T-nuts¹.
Designed for M3×12 ISO 14583 but should also fit a variety of other M3 pan-head, socket-head and chees-head screws. For use with socket-head screws a ISO 7092 washer should also fit.
