PRUSA Box Mod Enclosure Expansion for MK4 Printer

Add-on to enlarge the Prusa Box Enclosure for use with MK4. Uses the orig doors. 

Magnets form Home Depot #07048 (It is a 40 pack of ceramic Disc Magnets) Magnet Source

12.7 mm x 4.75 mm

You will need some M4 25mm, M4 20mm, M3 25 mm, M3 20mm and M3 12 mm button Head screws or similar. Most of the magnets should snap in. You might need a dab of hot glue.

Check Magnet direction before gluing. 

It is not perfect, but it works. If you have any problems let me know, but I think I got most fixed.

There is a left and right side, front and back. The files are marked. Location chart included.

I did not use the bottom legs because I already had the quick remove legs, but I included them (they are modded on one screw hole) for anyone that does not. You can use your existing quick remove legs if you want, the modded ones are not need for the screw to work. (files 3 and 4)

I printed everything except the door magnet holder in draft mode. They came out nice. The door magnet holder in .15 (may not need to).

Prints well with magnet hole up and “supports on build plate only”.

Designed to work with modular front panel, printer display, PI and PCM fan control.
