Sillybutts Collet Threading for blaster project inclusion

This is a trimmed model for adding the Sillybutts collet to any suitable design.

On a recent revisit of the files I remixed this from I found Silly had included a version of this as well. I'm unsure if I missed it or if it was a later addition> I'm leaving this up in case it's easier to find for future folks.
