This is our Vial Cap A design that ships with each Pioreactor. It has 24-400 threads, and a G1/8 threaded hole on top.

Printing

Important: only use high-temperature plastics if you plan to heat-sterilize this cap. We use Prusa's Polycarbonate and Polycarbonate-CF

Print with the top-side down for best results

Adding an o-ring insert underneath

To avoid leaks, we add a 1/16\" W, 3/4\" ID, 7/8\" OD o-ring underneath. It's secured with some high-temperature silicone. Tip: we put the uncured silicone into a syringe.
