This is a tripod mount for the second-generation PlayStation4 camera - the round-bodied one. (aka ps4eye or psvr camera) The stand it comes with is good for mounting on a TV or monitor, and on some tables, but for more flexibility a tripod mount is useful. This model uses a 1/4"-20 nut to provide the thread for the tripod to screw into. It should be fairly easy to print: overhangs are limited to 45 degrees.

The camera should just snap (gently) in and be able to rotate as desired - the general design is inspired by the included stand.

There are two variants: the one with "embedded" in the name bridges over the pocket for the nut. It's intended for you to set up your slicer to "pause" the print right before printing that bridging layer, so you can drop the nut it. The bridging will then permanently include the nut.

If you can't or don't want to do that, the "regular" model lets you put the nut in after printing, then something like hot-melt glue works well to fix the nut in place.

Print on its "back" - nut pocket facing up - for best results. Easy printing: no supports required, limited overhangs, and enough surface area on the bed for good adhesion.

Notes:

If you can instruct your slicer to insert a "pause" in the GCODE, you can use the "embedded" model which will bridge over the nut pocket after you pause the print and drop in the nut. Otherwise, just glue in the nut into the "regular" model with something like hot-melt glue.

Print on its back - that is, with the large opening for the nut pocket facing up. (See screenshots) The point of the teardrop should be pointing up - this is an overhang-reduction/design-for-printability trick.

Post-Printing

If you didn't use the "embedded" version, drop a 1/4"-20 hex nut in the pocket and glue it in place, with something like hot-melt glue. Be sure to not glue over the hole on the bottom of the mount: the tripod screw still has to get in somehow.
