20x20 extrution 45° degree bracing cap

This cap allows to mount a 20x20 extrusion to 45° degree to an other extrusion profile.

Stiffening your extrusion frame/construction.

You need a M5 screw for the front (flat pert of the cap). 

And a M4 screw +  a T-Nut (for the angled part of the cap)

For the assembly there has to be a M5 thread in the front side of the extrusion profile.

Also a hex wrench with a round head would make the assembly easier. 

To print without supports, rotate it onto the flat angled surface. (see photos)

V2 has 4 noses for better centering.
