Circuit Breaker Panel Slot Cover

There are some other models of circuit breaker slot covers out there, but none were quite the right size.  So, I opted to create my own.

The first model I've included is sized for a 1-up Cutler-Hammer Circuit Breaker Panel opening since that is what I needed.  I'll post other sizes later.  In the meantime, I've provided a link to my fully parameterized OnShape document where you can adjust the size as necessary:

My first print didn't take into account the thickness of the panel's metal cover.  It's amazing how much of a difference that makes!

Note that the model narrows slightly from the face to the tabs, so it's best to print it face-down.  If you do print it on it's side, be sure to force it flat to the bed first to avoid supports.
And if you do, please let me know how it turns out.

I printed this with a 0.1mm layer height to ensure the fitment details were precise.  It makes it take a while to print (48m total for the 1-Up), but I think is worth it in the end.

Update 2023-08-14:

Rounded off the corners of the latch hold-tights (i.e. feet).  I had originally done so with sand-paper, but now it's included as part of the model.

Added a 2-Up Model (2 slot cover).
