Update
I added a thicker .stl now too. This allows for grips on the back and will stand up by itself easier.
Update
I spent the last 15 years coming up with a better design for holding the new AppleTV remote that just came out a couple years ago. After several thousand iterations, countless animal testings and finally a confirmation from the Pope... this is it.
I was going to call it "the Glove" because it fits so well in your hand.... but I think that is already used for something else.
One of the great features is that it works with all sizes of hands... babies, Andre the Giant, Granny Moomoo, it doesn't matter. I have seen some people not let go of the remote for days... they forgot it was in their hand... mind blown. puuuccheeeww
... I also added some text to some of them, but who really cares about that!

You may need to flip the remote case so that it is standing up. ( 90 degrees around the X axis )
I put each one I finished on a little red velvet with gold tassel pillow ( and a little cotton blanket is optional ) to cool down and get acclimated to the world. After about 24 hours, I slowing pulled the blanket back and rubbed a little Vaseline on it... just so it wouldn't dry out. For some reason, I have a 5 gallon bucket of Vaseline close to my computer.
After 72 hours, you can introduce your AppleTV remote to the case. For mine, this went really well. All of them hit it off right away.
It is a tight fit, but they both like it that way.
Everything is done in OnShape. You can edit my project by going to this URL.
