Blaupunkt HPB 10 Headphones headband repair part

A simple repair part for Blaupunkt HPB 10 Bluetooth headphones. These are prone to break at the thin transition between headband frame and headband padding (and the rubberized surface can also get sticky over time, this problem is solved, too). 

Print out as shown with around 10 - 15% gyroid infill. I used a 2-compound glue to secure the headband reinforcement in place. Yet, it's still possible that the reinforcement splits off due to tension while you wear it. To mitigate this, I used small black cable ties as pictured. The adjustment and folding mechanisms stays functional. If it sits too tight, you can bend the headband by carefully heating it up with a heatgun or you could do some minor size adjustments before printing it out.
