A fresh take on the cable chain in an attempt to prevent sag/rubbing on the carbon rods. Please note this chain is not 100% perfect as this is the 1st iteration of it and is still undergoing testing. I'm fairly new to cad but if someone more experienced would like to test/remix this I would really appreciate it. Really like the look of this chain, but am still having some issues with it getting caught up during fast movements to the right side of the frame (mainly when the bed is completely filled all the way to the right edge). If anyone has any thoughts or ideas to get this working perfectly please let me know! Figured I would upload it here to get some feedback/insight.

To install the chain, start with adding some m3 heated inserts on the “beginning mount” part which secures to the frame of the printer just above the poop shoot inside the machine. The Outside PTFE guide mounts on the backside of the "beginning mount" part on the outside back of the printer and doesn't really need inserts, I found it was easier to just make my own threads with m3 bolt to secure it.

Next you want to use the “Main Links” for the majority of the chain. The cable that goes to the extruder sits in the open sided ring (Please note these are meant to be a tight fit and may need to be bent slightly when popping the cable into the loop) Also print a few of the “PTFE Guide” links with auto tree support enabled. These are for holding the ptfe tube in place along the chain. I am currently running 3 of them evenly spaced in the middle bit of the chain where the main bend usually is.

And Finally, the last "8-10 links" part of the chain, which were modified to be a bit more rounded as the main links seemed to like to snag on the front screen bit during the starting G Code. Make sure to also enable auto tree support for these last 8-10 links as well. If snagging is still an issue at all, I found that the solid version of this usb cable management fixes it completely https://www.printables.com/model/396083-bambu-lab-p1p-usb-cable-management-plate/files

The last links then meet up to the “End Piece” which mounts on the extruder (Please note you will have to remove the rubber insert if you haven't already) and then it should pop into place, but make sure you have the flat spot lined up before trying to pop it in.

Again, if anyone is willing to help me get this working perfectly, I would greatly appreciate it!
