Eureka Mignon Stark base and tray

The Eureka Mignon Stark is a very nice grinder, but as with many on-demand grinders a lot of coffee grounds misses the portfilter and ends up below the chute. This tray will reduce the need for sweeping the counter top and will keep the kitchen a bit tidier.

I couldn't find a tray for the Stark, so I designed my own. I wanted the top lip of tray to be tucked in under the grinder for a cleaner look and catching all grinds in the tray.

Please note that this model is for the Stark variant of the Mignon which is 128 x 186mm and NOT for the regular variants such as Specialita, Perfetto, Filtro and others which are smaller.

According to the Eureka website the Mignon XL is slightly smaller at 120 x 180 mm but I'm betting this is a typo and that the model will fit the XL as well. 

The model has slots for 4 magnet with the dimensions 3x6 mm. Insert a pause in your slicer and insert them, it will work fine without them but I like the “click” that the magnets provide. There are also recesses at a depth of 0.6 mm for rubber feet. You might want to expand these depending on what feet you have at hand.

Print at a layer height of 0.20 mm.
