Made in OpenSCAD, uses a small M3x10 screw placed through the hole in the linac. Print with supports for the overhangs on the cylindrical cam, and the linac placed flat on its side.

Will need a bit of light oil to run smoothly.

The current Linac does not support a blade but I'm working on a design to fix it and will upload it soon. For now it's just a demonstration of the cylindrical cam principle.
