UDIRC 1/16 RC Full TPU wheels
After messing around with several rims with TPU tires , I printed a complete wheel in TPU and it works great.

Description
PDFI have incuded my STL file however printing data is 3 walls with 2 walls top and bottom and minimum grid 15% infill and genetic TPU , note the axle hole is not completely free and will need a 3.5mm dril thru (pre marked) when printing is done.
Maybe not the coolest thing around but it works well and takes a lot of the blunt force on side impact with the curbes and saves the suspention parts ect.
Enjoy and happy printing….now go and rip them tires 😉
