Suzuki Sidekick Center Dash Vents

This was modeled off of a 1995 Suzuki Sidekick and should fit any vehicle with a similar dashboard center bezel.

Some of the parts fit tightly and will need slight post processing. This was done to ensure everybody could print this even if your dimensional accuracy is not perfect. You may need to use a drill bit to ream out some of the holes a small amount, or sand down some of the pins until everything moves smoothly. The tolerance on this needed to be tight enough that the parts would not move around when driving over bumps or running the AC at full blast, but loose enough that it can be smoothly adjusted. I figured this was the best way to achieve that for the majority of people. 

This is also the reason for the “Large Diameter” and “Standard Diameter” louver arm files. Just print them both and see which fits best for you. See notes under each STL for how many of each file you need to print.

It helps to touch a soldering iron to the pins that the louver arm mounts to after installing it, just to mushroom the ends and prevent it from falling off.
