Modular Mealworm Hatchery/Criadero de tenebrios

This project is a design to be 3D printed tenebrio breeding facility.

The first level will serve as a suitable habitat for mealworm larvae, providing them with optimal substrate and food. A perforated second level will house the beetles, facilitating the natural progression of larvae born on this level to descend to the lower level. The third and final level will be dedicated exclusively to the pupae, which will eventually transform into beetles and join the beetle level.

NOTICE: Please note that, although this design has yet to be materialized, I have upcoming plans to implement it and eagerly look forward to sharing the results once the project is complete.

Este proyecto es un diseño de una instalación de cría de tenebrios cortada con láser.

El primer nivel servirá como un hábitat propicio para las larvas de tenebrio, proporcionándoles un sustrato óptimo y comida. Un segundo nivel perforado albergará a los escarabajos, facilitando la progresión natural de las larvas nacidas en este nivel para descender al nivel inferior. El tercer y último nivel estará dedicado exclusivamente a las pupas, que eventualmente se transformarán en escarabajos y se unirán al nivel de escarabajos.
