AirTag Wallet Card

Intro

I really enjoy the Apple AirTag, however, I was frustrated by the lack of a wallet form factor. The regular AirTag has a thick, bulbous shape that does not mesh well with a wallet (nobody wants a George wallet).

I found several similar designs but decided to make my own version. During disassembly, I destroyed the speaker. To restore this feature, I replaced the speaker with an external speaker: CDS-20144-L100. This worked great.

The design ended up roughly 4mm thick, approximately 5 credit cards. This is roughly half the original thickness. Over-all, I am very pleased. I hope you find this useful.
