Crosley Radio Knob

This is a knob for a vintage Crosley radio. This knob is the type that pushes into a spline. I designed the spline based on the chart from the site below. I did upsize the spline, as I found the older potentiometers fit pretty tight.

This was printed using an SLA printer and ABS like resin. The prints looked great after painting to match the original color.

I tried printing using FDM with a 0.12mm layer height and it looked pretty good, but just not as smooth as the resin print.
