I modified the box top to handle a TSL2591 sensor from Adafruit. The holes are made for M2 screws and nuts. I used M2x6 but it looks like shorter ones could be used too. The hole is sort of a hack because its made wide enough to not impact any components but without any standoffs to avoid shadowing the light sensor. I'd recommend breaking the LED jumper on the back to avoid light pollution and any possibility of heat buildup near the case.
I edited the user parameters in f360 to have tighter box notch tolerances. The f3z is attached so you can change hole size if you need to. The sketch is there so it should be easy to modify as needed.
I printed this in PETG on a MK4 with a 0.4 nozzle without any special slicer settings and the box fit snugly.
This sort of device could be used with lunar.fyi and esphome as described here: https://lunar.fyi/sensor
Be careful of the GPIO pin settings in Lunar, the various boards have different pinouts to the i2c bus, unfortunately.
This model is based on the “Adafruit Feather Box Enclosure”.
