The Plaato Keg is a wifi-enabled scale that weighs a keg inside your beer fridge, and provides feedback on the remaining volume, temperature and other features. It is powered via a proprietary flat USB cable, which can be run between the fridge door seal and fridge wall.
I have a Keg King BC-128 kegerator, and the gas inlet/hole/port on the back is unused. So, I designed this grommet the neatly slides into it and passes the PK power cable through, whilst also sealing the hole to prevent the fridge wasting power.
The hole on my fridge measures 16mm in diameter, so the PK grommet is a semi-cricle 16mm wide on the flat edge, and 8mm high, by 20mm deep. The PK grommet has a pair of locating plugs, and works it works by laying the cable in the groove, placing the other over the top, and squeezing it into the gas inlet.
There are 3 files: one is a blank, the 5x1.5 can accomodate one cable, and the 5x3 can accomodate two cables. You can print whichever combination of cables you need, bearing in mind each cable is 1.5mm thick. I have two PKs, so I went with printing two of the Keg King Gas Inlet Plug 5x1.5 (but could easily have printed one Keg King Gas Inlet Plug Blank and one Keg King Gas Inlet Plug 5x3).
