Inspired by poopy shoe and several other poop chutes, this model was designed entirely by myself. I designed this for my Bambu labs P1P, but I think it'll work for the X1C just fine as well.

Features include:

  • Magnetic attachment to the printer body
  • A magnetically attached removable bucket for easy emptying/sorting/etc without having to remove the entire chute.
  • Low profile to work with a spool on the rear spool holder

Space required:

  • Chute extends 9cm from the back of the printer
  • Bucket extends 12cm from the side of the printer, and is 20cm long

These are the magnets I used, though any round magnets in 12mm x 3mm will work. You'll need 6. Once each model is printed, insert the magnets into the slots of the chute (4 slots) and bucket (2 slots). It's pretty difficult to get them in, but once you do the friction fit is strong. I recommend a small amount of glue will help them stay in for the long term. Make sure you align the magnets properly so that they attract the bucket and chute rather than repel them.

The print time on these is a combined 7.5 hours. I've included a bambu studio file with them already grouped and ready to go. I don't think that there are any settings you'll need to tweak. They should print in place just fine.
